Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final, with the exception of damaged items. If your items arrive damaged, please email lilypoppystudio@gmail.com with photo proof, and I will work with you with a replacement or refund.
Shipping
I process orders twice a week. Once dropped off at USPS, shipping may take anywhere between 3-7 business days. Shipping times may vary and delays may occur, so I appreciate your patience!
